Voice as a path to wellbeing.

A two-day immersion moving through breathwork, vocal toning, mantra, simple harmony, deep listening, and immersive sound. No prior experience needed — this weekend meets you exactly where you are.

There is no pressure to perform. Participation moves at your own pace. Instruments, printed resources, and light refreshments are included both days.

Who is this weekend for?

This weekend is for anyone drawn to voice as a path to rest, expression, and reconnection — beginners, curious people, musicians, teachers, practitioners, and those who have been wondering what their voice might open. No prior experience is required. Participation moves at your own pace throughout both days.

Do I need singing experience?

No. This is not a performance workshop. The Healing Voice works with the natural voice as a practice — listening, sounding, and resting in sound together. Natalie meets participants exactly where they are. Complete beginners are welcome alongside experienced voices.

Where is Mystic?

Mystic Wellness is at 310 Stanmore Road, Petersham NSW 2049, in Inner West Sydney. Petersham Station is a short walk from the studio. Street parking is available nearby.

What is included?

Both days include instruments, printed resources, and light refreshments. The space is set up for comfort and rest — mats, cushions, blankets, and a full sound setup. Natalie guides the full two-day arc at Mystic.
